At Property Pro Appraisal, our appraisal services provide an impartial and comprehensive analysis of the amount of loss associated with property damage. Our neutral, third party, appraisers use a combination of industry knowledge, market research, and analysis to provide an accurate appraisal report, ultimately securing a fair resolution for both the insurance carrier and policy holder.
Our umpire services ensure unbiased and transparent claim settlements. Our Umpires serve as a neutral third party responsible for resolving disputes between both parties and both parties' appraisers if they cannot come to an agreement on the amount of loss of a claim.
Using industry knowledge, market research, and analysis, our umpires serve as independent and impartial experts, jointly chosen and trusted, to uphold the integrity of the claim resolution process.
